Over a grey field, dense and uniform, two horizontal breaths are arranged, crossing the format as if they were layers of atmosphere. In the upper zone, an irregular band of broken whites spreads into crests and luminous tears; its fractured, organic edge suggests a line of foam or lime, suspended over an ashen ground. Lower down, a yellow vibration—minimal and discontinuous—settles like sediment: small eruptions of colour that do not form a drawing, but a pulse.

Light is born from the grain. The surface, worked with a material load, presents a constant roughness that catches the light in micro-reliefs and makes the grey oscillate between the mineral and the nebulous. At the centre of the plane, a series of brief, dark horizontal indentations introduces an almost architectural punctuation: cuts that interrupt continuity and function like joints or anchoring marks.

The profile confirms a compact construction of controlled thickness, with a notable paint layer and equally textured edges. The glazes soften the transition between zones, while the matter retains its asperity, holding the work in a serene balance between wall and landscape.
