Rhythm of Mist
Horizontal bands and small recessed indentations in relief organise an ash grey traversed by pale friezes and greenish mists of contained light.

Without relying on a recognisable motif, the work is sustained by a horizontal cadence of bands that run across the entire format. A stable, matte ash-grey field receives two greenish breaths in the upper and mid-lower zones, while a whitish central band concentrates the greatest luminous intensity, like a deposit of lime suspended in the mist.
The surface is modulated by a repeated row of small openings and fine shadows: minimal, aligned flaps that interrupt the continuity of the plane and make the layered construction visible. This relief, discreet yet constant, introduces an almost architectural reading: joints, pauses and encounters that order the time of looking.
In the detail, a homogeneous grain of mineral character can be seen, densifying the pictorial skin. Over the grey, white appears as spatter that gathers into irregular foam; green, by contrast, settles in porous glazes, letting the ground breathe. Light is not described: it remains trapped in the texture and on the edge of each fold, varying with the angle and turning chromatic silence into vibration.
